A bloke walks into an Adult sex shop and asks the assistant for an inflatable girlfriend.

"would you like a blonde or brunette?" asks the assistant

On coming out of the anaesthetic, he would probable take no comfort in learning from his surgeon that he was as safe as the Bank of England, founded by William Paterson of Dumfries, Scotland.
Poor fellows only hope would be to receive a transfusion of good SCOTs blood which would entitle him to ask
"Whas like us?"
